Crossjoin’s CrossMind Academy is a space for learning, guidance and empowerment.

Here you’ll be welcomed by a team of specialists with a diverse technological background who will support you in the transition from the academic to the professional world with constant learning, security and development tailored to your needs.
You’ll be accompanied by a mentor who will support you, guide you and lay the foundations for you to build your own path. You’ll have room to make mistakes, excel and challenge yourself.
You’ll develop your skills and gain others, both technical and soft skills. You’ll learn to communicate more effectively with clients and colleagues and become a better professional in both individual and team work.
During the Academy, you’ll get to know new tools, explore different technologies and master the methodology that will prepare you to analyse problems, from the simplest to the most complex, and find the solution, in any technological environment.
You’ll gain the empowerment to feel confident about tackling any real project in our Competence Centre and you’ll have a close-knit team that’s always ready to help you.

We continue to expand mainly in Europe, North America and Latin America in practically all market sectors: banking, telecommunications, insurance, health, automotive, retail, etc…. You’ll have many challenging areas at your disposal with different languages, from performance optimisation to systems architecture to application infrastructure management.
You’ll be able to take part in our clients’ large-scale development projects, involving teams led by Agile methodologies and involving Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Java, React and Angular technologies.
We have a single, transversal career plan and each Crosser has an individual development plan with clear objectives, so that everyone knows how to progress and where the training needs indicated by the Crosser and the mentor are specified. We also value continuous feedback.
