For the Infrastructure and/or applicational architecture upgrades, the missions are typically shorter and well defined, and the scope of our monitoring teams is typically focused on making sure all the SLA’s, baseline performance figures and predicted downtime are within reason, and rapidly react and identify the initiatives required to make sure the upgrades are smooth and flawless.
