Legislative Decree 109-E/2021 of 9 December created the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC) and approved the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC).
The RGPC, which is part of the Annex referred to in Article 1(b) of the aforementioned Decree-Law, establishes a series of rules applicable to services and private legal entities that employ 50 or more workers, as is the case with Crossjoin Solutions.
