Crossjoin Solutions expands Academy to accelerate technical specialization

Crossjoin Solutions has inaugurated an expansion of its technical academy under the name Dojo 2 Extension. This new space represents a significant investment in the company’s training capacity and focuses on accelerating the technical evolution of its teams. Designed from the ground up to provide ideal conditions for preparing the next generation of specialists in critical areas such as Data, AI, and Cybersecurity, the environment was conceived to stimulate innovation and critical thinking.

At Crossjoin, we are well-known for our expertise in Performance Engineering, but our growth is equally rooted in how we develop our people. To understand how our physical environment impacts our daily operations, we spoke with Rodrigo Garcia, Head of Academy & Innovation, about our latest infrastructure: the Dojo 2 Extension.

“This proximity serves to accelerate technological evolution,” Garcia explains. By blending those who are learning with those working on active, high-stakes projects, we organically disseminate our experience and methodology across the company.
