What is ISO 9001:2015?

ISO 9001 is the most popular international reference standard for Quality Management Systems.
This standard is based on a plan-do-check-act methodology focused on continuous improvement and maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction, supported by a well-defined structure of organizational activities, processes, procedures, roles, and responsibilities.
