IDP (Individual Development Plan)
At Crossjoin, we believe that personal and professional growth is key to success. We understand that everyone is different and that individuality should be celebrated. That’s why we offer a structured career plan that is tailored to the needs of each employee, regardless of their level or position. We recognize the uniqueness of each person and work with them to create an individual development plan that will guide them on their journey towards success. To achieve growth, we need to have a clear understanding of where we are and the path we need to follow to get where we want to be. That’s why we create long-term goals and identify the necessary training to achieve them in each employee’s Individual Development Plan (IDP). We review the IDP annually to ensure that Crossers are on track to reach their next milestone and are equipped with the skills they need to take the next step in their careers.
Project Expectation Settings (PES) & Project Expectation Evaluation (PEE)
We value close monitoring, self-evaluation and especially continuous feedback. We develop the PES and the PEE with a focus on defining quarterly objectives and evaluating them. Each Crosser has a mentor who will define a set of goals and actions to be accomplished. At the end of the three months, the Crosser and their mentor can reflect on the progress and adjust as necessary to ensure that the employee is on the right track. We know that a new role can be challenging, but with the PES and the PEE we ensure that the crosser doesn’t feel helpless. Crossjoin is a safe space to grow.
Benefits Package
Work-life balance is very important to us. All of our Crossers have access to benefits that we consider essential for their well-being. The health insurance we provide to all employees extends to their families, as well as an assistance program with consultations in the areas of nutrition, psychology, psychosocial, legal, and financial. In addition, we offer the monthly gym membership fee and various discounts from partners. As mentioned above, there is also a training plan funded by Crossjoin. Other benefits can be earned as you progress in your career, such as electric cars.
